    Description


    Our Client is looking for a Compliance Manager/Senior Manager in the Mumbai location with 7-10 years of experience in handling end-to-end compliance management.


    Key Deliverables:

    • Enhance legal compliance across the organization including its subsidiary companies.
    • Ensure timely updation of legal updates in the compliance management system.
    • Ensure redressal of the queries of the compliance performers.
    • Drive and manage the compliance management system.
    • Generate periodical reports and certificates about compliance management systems.
    • Ensure timely mapping of tasks to the concerned personnel.
    • Impart training to the compliance management system users.
    • Enhance the ecosystem of the compliance management system to make it robust and aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Implement a compliance management system, where required.
    • Onground compliance audit at the plants, offices, warehouses, and R&D center.
    • Any other assignment that may be required to drive the compliance management system.

    Skills Required:

    • Comprehensive understanding of legal compliance management and its operations.
    • Expertise in leading and driving compliance.
    • Familiar with compliance tools.
    • Ability to address the queries of the compliance users on a timely basis.
    • Ability to interpret the law and explain the same to the compliance users.
    • Ability to lead and drive compliance management functions independently.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Focussed and determined.
