We are currently looking at hiring smart , hardworking , technical / non technical recruiting specialists for our Gurgaon team.

This will be complete work from the office & will be an alternative Saturday's working job.

Roles & Responsibilities

• End to End Sourcing on a variety of client demands.
• She/He will be working on mid- and senior-level mandates that the firm receives from its global Banking and Financial Services and Technology consulting clients etc.
• The primary task will be to first understand the Clients Requirements for Various Technical and Functional Roles, identify potential candidates that would fit the requirements and facilitate the entire hiring process – from search to joining.
• This may involve co-ordination with Client Recruiter/HR and Business Managers.
• The position calls for very high attention to detail, ability to learn and educate oneself about client's business, technical and functional skills for various roles in the search mandates and excellent communication and influencing skills.

Required Experience :

• Education : Graduate or Post Graduate from any discipline
• Min 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sourcing / Screening / Interview co-ordination / Candidate engagement / head hunting / Mapping etc..
• Extensive use of Various Hiring Portals
• Some familiarity with ATS such as workday, success factor, Oracle Recruitng Cloud ( ORC )
• Proficient in Excel.
