    a. Must have skills:

    Minimum of 3.5 years of hands-on experience in developing Java microservices using Spring Boot or equivalent Java frameworks.

    Strong Java programming skills and ability to write clean code.

    Practical usage knowledge of eclipse, Postman, Git, Maven, Gradle, static code analyzer tools, Linux basic commands, SQL scripts, unit testing tools like Junit.

    Experience working in Agile Scrum and usage of tools like JIRA or equivalent.

    Strong communication interpersonal skills.

    Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.

    Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

    Ability to setup workspace and do development.

    b. Good to have skills:

    Basics of Unix, Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud.

    Experience in open-source libraries - Apache Camel, Kafka, Redis
