We are hiring Field Sales Officer for Retail Industry

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new customers through door-to-door sales, cold calling, and networking.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
  
• Travel extensively within designated geographical areas to meet with clients and prospects.
  
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and promote company products.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
  
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
  
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  
• Experience : 3 to 5 years

Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial industry Extensive knowledge and proven experience in management of the Company Secretarial function for private limited companies Experience with significant legal entity governance, corporate transactional and regulatory structure reporting Excellent understanding of Companies Act Knowledge of MS Office suite Gender: Male Age: 30 to 35
