    Aboutthe Role:The PerformanceMarketing Lead will spearhead our efforts to attract engage andconvert our targetaudience into subscribersthrough datadriven digital marketing strategies. You will have aprofoundimpact on our growth trajectory byoptimizing product funnels enhancing user experience andleveraginga mix of marketing channels tomaximize conversions. Your role will be critical in scaling oursubscriberbase requiring a combination ofstrategic vision technical expertise and creativeexecution.

    KeyResponsibilities:Design andimplement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused onperformancemetrics to drive subscriptiongrowth and enhance user acquisition.
    Manageand optimize campaigns across various channels including GoogleSearch GoogleDisplay YouTube and Meta adsSEO PPC social media.
    Analyze and re nemarketing funnels and conversion paths to increase e ciency andreducecustomer acquisitioncosts.

    Utilize advanced analytics tools totrack campaign performance identifying trends andmakingdatadriven decisions to improveROI.Research and execute key aspects of thepaid campaign such as audience researchaccountstructureetcWork closely with the content product anddesign teams to ensure a seamless andcompellinguser journey from first touch tosubscription.

    Forecast marketing campaigngrowth and ROI for reporting to seniormanagement.
    Stay updated on the latestdigital marketing trends and technologies applying innovativetacticsto stay ahead in a competitivelandscape.
    Lead and mentor a team ofmarketing professionals fostering a culture ofcontinuousimprovement andexcellence.

    Qualifications:Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business or a related field. MBA preferablyfrom Tier I institutesin MarketingCommunications or a related field are aplus.

    At least 5 years of experience indigital marketing with a proven track record ofsuccessfulperformance marketing campaignsthat have driven subscription growth.

    Indepthknowledge of digital marketing channels analytics platforms (e.g.
    Google Analytics)and marketing automationtools.
    Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data identify trends and makeinsightfulrecommendations.
    Creativeproblemsolving abilities with a testandlearn approach to optimizingcampaignsandstrategies.
    Excellentleadership qualities with experience managing teams andcollaborating acrossdepartments to achievebusiness goals.
    Outstanding communicationskills capable of articulating strategy results and insightstostakeholders at alllevels.
    Passion for the audio contentindustry and a deep understanding of thesubscriptionbasedbusinessmodel.
