    Key Responsibilities for C&U Vertical Business Manager.


    Sales Strategy:

    • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for colleges and universities, including shortterm and longterm goals, market penetration, and revenue growth.
    • Identify opportunities and trends within the education sector that can be leveraged for sales.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in colleges and universities, including academic institutions, department heads, and administrators.
    • Establish partnerships and collaboration opportunities with educational institutions.

    Market Research:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed business decisions.
    • Analyze customer needs and preferences to adapt sales strategies and product offerings.

    Sales Execution:

    • Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
    • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition.

    Sales Targets:

    • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team achieves and exceeds goals.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

    Contract Negotiation:

    • Negotiate and finalize contracts with colleges and universities, ensuring they align with the company's goals and standards.

    Budget Management:

    • Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum ROI.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify the training needs of the sales team and implement programs to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
    Team Handling & Business Development

    • Handling Team Members, Managing Team Productivity as per business Requirement.
