- Monitorand analyze logs and alerts from a variety of differenttechnologies across multiple platforms to identify and triagesecurity incidents affecting thecustomers.
- Provide Incident Response (IR)support for the incidents and alertsreported.
- Use security tools and technologiesto analyze potential threats to determine the impact scope andrecovery of services.
- Collaboration withinternal and customer incident responseteams.
- Understandingof logging mechanisms of Windows and Linux.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts ismandatory.
- Good communication skills tocoordinate among various stakeholders of the organization
- Any certifications in networking &security concepts will be an added advantage
