About the role:
Communicating with potential customer. Making outbound calls. Understanding customer needs. Explaining product features and benefits. Negotiation Skills. Assisting Sales and Marketing Team for sales closure.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow up, calls and emails.
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Contact new and existing customers to discuss product requirements.
Answer questions about the products
Promoting products and services
Candidates Requirements:
Fluency with all three languages such as : Hindi, Gujarati and English
Negotiation Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and sales software programs.
Preferred Qualification : Graduates / Diploma in Engineering
3-4 years of Experience required in the same or relatable field
