We are hiring for Process Specialist - Trade Settlement (Capital Market Operations) for Bangalore Location.

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: Min 1 - 4 Years

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days only

Job Description

Brief about the Settlement Process:

Investment Operations is responsible for the trade delivery, depository confirmation, and trade settlement on all securities traded within the Equity and Fixed Income

Trading Department

Good to have system understanding:

Bloomberg, Eagle, Market Axess, Oasys, OMGEO, Swift

Job Requirement:

Perform and review complex transaction processing across various process activities like Settlements, Trade Delivery, Affirmation and Confirmation, Failed Trade Tracking, Currency Balancing Monitoring, Depository and Custody Review.

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate

Proficiency in Oral & written communication

Minimum Experience

1+yrs in Capital market operations (Middle and Back office)

Areas of Responsibility

1. Complex transaction processing

2. Review of work done by the team

6. Achieving and improving established SLAs, KPIs, and goals

2. Build a team by recruiting, mentoring, coaching, and training through the employee life-cycle

3. Updating and maintaining training material and documentation

4. Interaction with Client stakeholders

5. Supporting Manager in strategic and tactical goals laid down by organization
