Job Summary
The Sr Engineer will plan labor parts tools required for maintenance work orders including safety food safety corrective and preventive maintenance PM. The Sr Engineer will coordinate with Line Teams Maintenance Engineering to prioritize and schedule work orders using Maximo offline tools where applicable.This role requires strong attention detail organizational skills working knowledge of maintenance planning concepts CMMS systems preferably Maximo basic understanding equipment reliability principles preventive maintenance excellent interpersonal skills verbal written electronic listening feedback communications comfort working cross-functional teams Maintenance Operations Engineering eagerness grow broader planning reliability-focused roles time deliver results assume personal initiative accountability performance behaviors comfortable ambiguity engage cross functional collaboration identify innovative solutions optimization connect best negotiate solutions stakeholders communicate various levels functions throughout organization clearly articulate views written verbal discussions integrity engender trust levels demonstrate unquestionable integrity additional information this position reports engineering management supply chain division hours operation ist monday friday ability flex hours demands performing accountabilities incumbent develop maintain effective working relationship organizations employees all levels company locations job may involve travel worldwide plants short term basis depending business requirements
