- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience as an Agronomist or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Drip irrigation system
- In-depth knowledge of crop production, plant physiology, soil science, and pest management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using agricultural software and technology
- Attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Valid driving license
- Conduct field visits to evaluate and assess client farms, crops, and agricultural practices
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on crop selection, soil management, pest control, and crop nutrition
- Develop and implement crop management plans to optimize yields and reduce environmental impact
- Monitor farm operations to ensure compliance with agricultural standards and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and customize solutions accordingly
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in agriculture and implement innovative techniques
- Train and educate farmers and agricultural workers on best practices and modern agricultural methods
- Conduct research and experiments to improve crop productivity and sustainability
