    Supervise and manage the performance and development of staff in the department Develop and implement effective administration policies and procedures.

    Review and up-date the procedures as requiredOversee the annual budget preparation for the department and present for management approval; monitor and control the administration budgetOversee the management of all property management services including the building cleaning and security, maintenance and repair and furniture and fittingsResponsible for managing housekeeping staff, maintenance of all physical infrastructure activities of all premises.

    Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

    Responsible for the allocation and furnishing of office space Plan, organize and monitor the day-to-day operations of the canteenOrder, purchase and check all supplies against invoices and delivery docketsProcess vendor payments on a regular basisEnsure that food products prices are monitored and value for money considered Implement procedures and processes regarding food safety to ensure that correct food handling and hygiene practices are performed to prevent food spoilage, contamination and subsequent food poisoningManaging material, Stock & Stationary maintenance and budget for all different activities in admin function.

    Coordinating with different vendors for periodic revisit of vendor contracts and renewal as per the requirements.

    Ensure that the cleaning incidental to the main function of the canteen is carried out dailyArrange or confirm upcoming domestic and international travel logistics for staff and US teamProvide information to travelers on appropriate documentation and lead times required for sponsored travelConceptualization and successful execution of day-to-day operational and administration task and maintain good relationship with local communityOversee general administration services including physical security as per ISO policy, telephone services, reception services and housekeepingManage schedules and deadlines to ensure admin operations adhere to policies and procedure guidelines to support business operations running smoothly without any dely.

    Oversee the management of the courier and postal servicesEnsures the provision of a conducive working environment including good lighting, sufficient office space and accessibilityPrepare Monthly wages for Departmental staff & labour Liaison with various Government Authorities for approvals & informationHousekeeping arrangement in office area Handle legal compliances, vendors mobilization & registration, department contractors bills and follow up with accounts department Responsible for making all the necessary arrangements for special events in coordination with HR team.

    Admin MIS and Dashboard and reporting on monthly / Quarterly basis.

    Protect confidential details of clients, and follow guidelines of ISO/IEC:27001
