We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Finance Head to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various financial aspects of our organization, including FP&A, cash flow management, short-term and long-term borrowings, fund management, investments, development of strategic business models, and identifying risks and deficiencies.

As a key member of the executive team, the CFO/Finance Head will contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the company while ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Lead and oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process to support strategic decisionmaking and business growth.
• Manage cash flow effectively, optimizing liquidity while minimizing financial risk.
• Develop and implement strategies for shortterm and longterm borrowings, ensuring optimal capital structure and cost of funds.
• Oversee fund management activities, including investment portfolio management and capital allocation decisions.
• Drive the development of strategic business models to support revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Identify financial risks and deficiencies, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with upto [20] years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of leadership and strategic financial management, with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding company values and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting software/tools.
