    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee our company's sourcing and purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and managing the purchasing process to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Procurement Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to determine their procurement needs and ensure that goods and services are acquired in a timely manner. Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of supply chain management are essential for this role.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
    • Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and support their procurement needs.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
    • Continuous vendors search.
    • Maintain vendors database.
    • Addition of new vendors on monthly basis.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • 5 to 7 years of experience
    • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
