    Responsibilities

    include:

    Data Collection: Gather data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external sources.

    Data Processing: Clean, organize, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    Data Analysis: Apply statistical techniques and analytical methods to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.

    Data Visualization: Create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.

    Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes across departments

    Trend Identification: Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data to inform strategic initiatives and business goals.

    Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes based on historical data.

    Data-driven Recomendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.

    Colloboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to address data-related challenges and achieve business objectives.

    Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in analytics and data science to enhance skills and capabilities.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    · Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or related field. Master's degree or certification in data analytics or business intelligence is a plus.

    • 3+ years as Business analyst or similar experience

    · Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or MATLAB.

    · Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

    · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    · Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

    · Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

    · Prior experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making roles is preferred.
