    You will be working as Local Sales, Service and Project Execution Leader at global grade 11 and will be part of Electrification business Area for Smart Power division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to and will be responsible for business performance, local strategy implementation and ambitious growth targets achievement

    Your responsibilities

    • Accountable for driving and implementing the business commercial strategy and commercial deployment of the organization in India
    • Ensuring the integrated commercial success of the organization to drive business growth and market share, enabling the organization to achieve its short, mid, and long-term performance and growth objectives within the assigned geographical scope
    • Evaluating market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the Division and Agile Unit strategy
    • Continuously positions (promotes) and manages the products, solutions, systems and/or service portfolio to achieve and secure market leadership
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure optimal management of Key Account based is the territory
    • Ensuring the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction
    • Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed

    Your background

    • Postgraduate degree or above, in Business or Engineering field. MBA preferred.
    • 15 years of experience in UPS industry and/or Data Center industry
    • Wide network across data center industry and IT channels
    • Strong influencing skills working across functions, geographies, and segments
    • Experience in managing large local/regional high-performance organizations
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change in a matrix organization
    • Familiar with tendering, commissioning and project execution processes
    • Previous experience in electric (High, Medium Low Voltage Products and Systems) and automation industry
    • Understanding of mission critical segments: Data Center, Infrastructure, Utility
    • Knowledge of the industry, local governmental requirements, today's global market conditions, full awareness of the sales function technicalities/ methodologies, usage of SAP and other modern day smart tools, and how to use them to serve business and customer requirements
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change in a matrix organization
    • Fluent written and oral communications in German and English
