Dear Candidates,
We are looking for officer/Senior officer - Talent Acquisition.
Location - Chennai
Working days - 6days
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical automotive roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Leverage digital platforms, job boards, and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.
- Provide market insights and talent availability reports to leadership.
- Promote the companys employer brand within the automotive industry.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and university partnerships.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years focused on the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive roles (engineering, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain).
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
