    You'll be responsible for driving the High Jewellery business through your personal networks, providing and implementing an annual strategic plan to grow High Jewelry Business and recruit new clients in line with annual business targets. As a High Jewelry and VIP Client Development Advisor you will have to maximize High Jewelry sales opportunities through intensified Clienteling and prospection efforts, events organization and participation, and by supporting store teams in developing and managing their VIP client portfolio.

    High Jewelry (HJ) business development strategy :
    • Define and implement the HJ Business Development strategy including HJ marketing activation events and sponsorships with the marketing team, HJ stock allocation and calendar with the merchandising team, Provide feedback on HJ collections, market-specific HJ trends, HJ requests from clients, diamond sourcing needs, to the HO HJ request department and the product team
    • Assist stores follow-up HJ requests and on-going discussions/negotiations on high-value sales to maximize success rate

    HNW Client Development and Prospection:
    • Assess local market opportunities to build and implement effective strategy to prospect right networks to acquire new HNW and UHNW clients
    • Identify VIP customers of other jewelry brands, create strategies to outreach to such individuals and execute outreach

    VIP Customer Relation Management:
    • Review CRM reports, with regards to VIP clients
    • Work closely with the Store Directors and the global CX and CRM teams, on specific programs to drive VIP client recruitment and foster VIP client retention

    Develop VIP client management skills of store teams:
    • With the store directors, define the right approach to support their team members in growing their VIP client management capabilities
    • Help the Brand Ambassadors understand and strategize the management of their assigned VIP client portfolio

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience in the luxury jewelry industry
    • Deep understanding and knowledge of stones and High Jewelry, and of the relevant marketplace and HNWI profile
    • Clientelle portfolio
    • Experienced in HJ sales and strong negotiation skills
    • Highly customer-centric
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and working knowledge of Salesforce is an added advantage
