    Role : Client Data Manager

    Experience : 2 years ( For internal applicants: 1 to 3 years)

With customer support and data teams housed here, we aim to deliver first class customer service and ensure a consistent level of data quality and integrity is provided to our customers. Supported by our Customer Support team, the operations function ensures our customers get the best possible experience from the products and services they receive.

    Being Client Data Manager, you will be working with UK asset managers for data reconciliation, data testing, document production and filing.

    Your key responsibilities as a Client Data Manager will be :

    • Individually responsible for working on projects within a wider project delivery team, comprised of colleagues from various FE offices.
    • Must be able to manage your own time and workload to ensure projects are delivered as per each project plan and SLA.
    • Work closely with colleagues and clients to manage the ingestion, validation, reconciliation and test fund data that is relevant to each project that is assigned to you.
    • Communicate with colleagues and clients through emails, MS Teams video conference meetings and chats.
    • Provide clarifications to queries based on priority and urgency.
    • Expected to share project experience to improve department processes.
    • To work with clients, to create and publish documents on their behalf.
    • Use online filing systems and e-mails to file regulatory documents with the relevant recipients.
    • Ensure client expectations are met, by providing visibility of data available in our data warehouse that is used on the client's given product or service.
    • Explain all data processes at a high level, to align the client's understanding.
    • Resolve queries in a timely manner, based on priority and urgency.

    To join us as a Client Data Manager you will need the following key technical skills

    • You ideally will have proficiency in MS Office, primarily MS Excel & MS Outlook
    • You must have a basic knowledge of Mutual funds and/or of the financial services sector.
    • Your background ideally will include experience in both manual and automated data entry.

    To join us as a Client Data Manager you will need the following behavioural skills

    • You must have very good written and spoken English communication skills.
    • You ideally will have a good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • You must have a confident and assertive nature
    • You ideally will have the ability to work independently and come up with ideas to enhance processes
    • You must have the ability to achieve the defined SLA standards with regard to Turn Around Time, work accuracy etc. and maintain them throughout one's tenure in the department
    • You ideally will have the ability to quickly learn new concepts relating to mutual funds and be able to apply them to the work undertaken.
    • You must have the ability to integrate well with the team, actively participate in team meetings
