    Description

    Professional Qualification Required:
    Must have an understanding and ability to develop code in python or Java.
    Strong experience with XML, Databases, and SQL.Hands-on experience with Linux, and Windows.

    Experience with Test processes, open-source test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases, and automating tests in Selenium + Java with frameworks like JUnit/TestNG or Selenium+ Python with Robot framework.

    Should have experience in building and contributed toward test automation framework development.
    Experience with continuous integration systems such as Semaphore.
    Experience with tools & applications such Git and Target Process.
    Must have previous experience with requirements, defects, and functional management systems.
    Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyze complex problems in large systems.
    Must be a detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with a passion for quality and test automation.
    Experience leading ambiguous situations, dealing with technical issues, and coming up with effective solutions to ensure customer project deliverables.
    Must have experience in managing projects, PMP certified will add value.
    Good to have experience in managing people and interacting with cross-functional teams.
    Must have experience in interacting and managing vendors.
    Proactive, independent , self motivated , Ability to lead Vendor teamsExpertise in building, developing automation framework for scaleExperience in Life science - preferred


    Desired:

    • Test-driven development experience
    • Experience in one of the performance tests tools like LoadRunneror JMeter.
    • Experience with software development in Pharmaceutical and/orHealthcare.
    • Exposure to ICH-GCP guidelines and Code of Federal Regulations(CFR) Title 21, Part 11 covers the management of electronicrecords, electronic signatures, and computer system validation
