    We are seeking for a seasoned Payroll Manager to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in payroll processing, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations, collaborating with HR partners, and providing expert support to enhance our overall employee experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Payroll Processing:

    • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
    • Verify and reconcile payroll inputs, collaborating with HR to incorporate relevant data.
    • Manage adjustments, corrections, and reconciliations with precision.

    Compliance:

    • Stay abreast of changes in payroll regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
    • Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance issues.
    • Collaborate with HR to implement and communicate payroll-related policies.

    Excel Expertise:

    • Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and manipulation.
    • Develop and maintain intricate spreadsheets for reporting and analysis purposes.

    Problem Resolution:

    • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
    • Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related inquiries, collaborating closely with HR.

    Reporting:

    • Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review.
    • Prepare and submit statutory reports as required in collaboration with HR and finance.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the HR team, finance, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in senior-level payroll processing.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formula creation.
    • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and related regulations.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration within the HR team and across departments.
