Jeewana, Rajasthan and Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh

Employment Type:
Contract 5 Months (Extendable / Convertible to Full-Time based on performance)


Role Overview:
We are looking for a Field Recruiter to support our seasonal workforce hiring needs.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sourcing and onboarding blue-collar talent, be comfortable working in the field, and thrive in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and onboard local/blue-collar talent to meet seasonal manpower requirements.
Build and maintain strong local sourcing channels through field visits, referrals, and vendor networks.
Ensure timely fulfillment of workforce demands across assigned locations.
Coordinate with internal teams to align hiring timelines with operational needs.
Travel across locations as required to support business expansion and workforce mobilization.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in field recruitment or blue-collar hiring.
Prior exposure to seasonal workforce hiring.
Fluency in Hindi for Rajasthan and Telugu for Andhra Pradesh is mandatory.
Comfortable operating from the above mentioned locations and traveling as per business requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
