- Promotes Agility as a framework but also as a mindset
- Collaborates in managing backlogs and ensures new requests are in line with Definition of Ready
- Ensures deliverables are compliant with quality standards, according to Avaloq Definition of Done
- Supports the Domain Lead in managing the Domain Backlog
- Facilitates internal communication and effective collaboration between Teams, Domains, Divisions
- Ensures the Development Team is having regular Planning, Review, Retrospective, ... meetings as required by the chosen Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban/other...)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.
- Functional Knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical understanding or background
- Experience in the fintech business
- Ability or experience to interact with senior stakeholders and customers.
