    Job Description :
    We are seeking an experienced Lead NICE Developer to join our dynamic team.

    • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting NICE inContact and a strong background in development, with proficiency in common programming languages.
    • As a Lead NICE Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance the functionality and efficiency of our contact center environment.

    Key Responsibilities :

    NICE inContact Support :

    • Utilize 7 to 12 years of experience to provide expert support for NICE inContact (CXone) Contact Center solution.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in ACD, skillbased routing, call recording/screen recording, speech analytics, IVR, chat, text email, and workforce management (WFM).

    CXone Studio Expertise :

    • Possess a solid understanding of call flows, scripting, and design within CXone Studio.
    • Leverage expertise to optimize and enhance contact center operations.

    Programming Skills :

    • Utilize 2+ years of experience in common programming languages such as JavaScript/Node, Python, Java, .
    • Net, Angular, or equivalent technology.
    • Apply coding skills to customize and extend the functionality of NICE solutions.

    Agile Delivery Methodologies :

    • Leverage 4+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions within project timelines.
    • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

    Leadership :

    • Lead Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience working as a Developer with a focus on NICE inContact (CXone) solutions.
    • Indepth knowledge of contact center technologies, including ACD, call recording, speech analytics, IVR, and workforce management.
    • Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node, Python, Java, .
    • Net, Angular, or equivalent technology.
    • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC practices.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
