Job Title: LTDG Operator(Low Tension Diesel GeneratorOperator)

JobSummary:

As an LTDG Operator you willbe responsible for the operation maintenance and monitoring of LowTension Diesel Generators (LTDG) specifically Perkins &Caterpillar models. Holding a C class Elect License your primaryrole includes ensuring the efficient and safe operation of LTDGsystems conducting routine checks performing preventive maintenanceand responding swiftly to any operationalissues.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. LTDGOperation andMonitoring:
   • OperateLTDG systems in accordance with operational guidelines to ensureuninterrupted power supply.
     
   • MonitorLTDG parameters such as voltage current and frequency and adjustcontrols asnecessary.
     
2. PreventiveMaintenance andTroubleshooting:
   • Performroutine checks and preventive maintenance on Perkins &Caterpillar LTDGs to ensure optimalperformance.
     
   • Identify andtroubleshoot any technical issues performing repairs orcoordinating with technicians for complexproblems.
     
3. SafetyandCompliance:
   • Adhereto safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensuresafe operation of LTDGs.
     
   • Ensurecompliance with all relevant regulations and standards pertainingto diesel generator operation andmaintenance.
     
4. RecordKeeping andReporting:
   • Maintainaccurate records of LTDG operations maintenance activities and anyrepairs performed.
     
   • Prepare andsubmit regular reports detailing the status of LTDG systems and anymaintenance or operationalissues.
     
5. CollaborationandCommunication:
   • Workcollaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure the reliabilityand efficiency of LTDGsystems.
     
   • Communicate effectivelywith team members management and other relevant parties regardingLTDG operations and maintenanceneeds.
     

RequirementsEssentialQualifications:

• Diplomaor degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or arelatedfield.
  
• ValidC class Elect License with a focus on lowvoltagesystems.
  
• Provenexperience as an LTDG Operator or in a similar role specificallywith Perkins & Caterpillarmodels.
  
• Familiaritywith the operational and maintenance requirements of low tensiondieselgenerators.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
