    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Head Infra to join our state of the art manufacturing company who is subject matter expert of Cyber Security & Information Security domain and Lead the central IT Infrastructure portfolio of Exide Energies.


    Main Responsibilities:


    IT Infra Architecture & Project ManagementUnderstanding and developing the whole Data center enterprise architectureResponsible for complete Manufacturing IT Infra Setup (Both OT & IT Infra)Develop, Enhance IT Infra Roadmap, solutions (As is Vs to be)Must be able to manage large and complex projects and complete program management of teamResponsible for working with different partners/vendors to suggest best cost effective and business efficient technology to maintain scalability and performanceContinuously work to improve infrastructure architecture and integration of various elements to keep environment relevant to market trends and business needs.

    Build partnerships with Data Center Infra and Cloud Solution providersRecognize the emerging technology trends and ensure Data Center / Cloud Infra are implemented to secure the ever-changing landscapeTo stay current with technological developments happening in Industry and Responsible for complete IT Infra Life cycle Management, New Technology Acquisition or Technology Refresh as per Industry latest StandardsResponsible for IT Policies and Procedure creation, review and update as per latest standards

    IT Operations & Support


    Manages day to day IT operations of Datacenter Infra with a structure, process-oriented approachResponsible for Operations of complete Manufacturing IT Infra Setup (Both OT & IT Infra) with industry standards availabilityManage MES and Industry 4.0 Infrastructure Production environmentsResponsible for all Infra domains such as Server, storage, backup, Virtualization, Linux, Cloud Infra, Windows Server, Network, 0365, End User Assets & Support, Security Hardware & tool, Connectivity, Video Conferencing etc.

    Continuously monitor and implement service improvement initiatives (Automate routine tasks, process improvements etc)Ensure ITIL standards and process are implemented and followedMaintain IT Infrastructure components at very high reliability, availability and fault toleranceProactive system performance monitoring and capacity planningResponsible of Implementing incident, problem and change management process and support the service on day-to-day basis as per defined SLAs.

    Ensure Root cause Analysis and permanent fix for problems.
    MIS reporting of IT operations, IT support and IT Infra.
    Responsible for complete Vendor Management & Manage 3rd party vendors in areas (Procurement, Contract, billing, compliance, support, SLA etc)Responsible for complete IT Budget Planning and ManagementResponsible for complete IT operations, Uptime & High AvailabilityIT operations & Governance structure for all Infra AreasResponsible for complete Business Continuity plan and Disaster Recovery Responsibilities


    IT Security Operations and Governance:
    Manage Major Security incidents, issues or problemsIT Infrastructure stability and effective cybersecurity management using proactive monitoring mechanismSupport the Internal IT Teams in ensuring identified Security control gaps are understoodand remediatedStrong review and Governance structure for Security Operations and regular security operationsUnderstand key cybersecurity considerations in relation to the Applications and Infra platforms, including Cyber Security Risks & ControlsPerform Security Risk Assessment on IT Infrastructure, Application, Cloud and New RequirementsPrepare Security Risk Dashboard & Publish to Stake holders, Track Risk Remediation & Ensure RemediationEnsure participation in Management forum and provide update on security posture of the organization

    IT Audit & ComplianceEnsure Internal/External Audits are carried out as per Schedule and Coordinate with respective stake holders during AuditCollect, Review and submit the evidence from teams to audit within Agreed timelines and followup post audit remediation and closures

    DESIRED PROFILEEducation -BE in computer Science or Information Science; MBA is added advantageExperience: 10-20 Years of relevant experience in IT Infra leadership Role.

    FunctionalSubject Matter expert on various areas of IT Infrastructure & Security - Server, Storage, Backup, Windows Server, Virtualization, Active Directory, Database, Linux environments, 0365, SharePoint and Public cloud (Azure / AWS), Network, End User Setup, Central Service Desk, End Point Protection/EDR, NGFW, DLP, VAPT, SOC, OT Security, Encryption etcLeading a team of 10+ membersCertification in VMware, Windows, Linux, CCNA, CCNP, Backup tools, ITIL etcCertified AWS/GCP Architect and has experience in implementing and managing Cloud Infrastructure
