Job Description:
Drive growth and cost reduction initiatives with Business and Operations stakeholders, to arrive at target revenue and costsEnsure process controls through right data representation and logic, and by aligning the relevant stakeholdersDrive actions by analyzing, interpreting data, and making comparative analyses with both local and global competitorsGuide analysis by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures as per the relevant Accounting and Risk standardsPrepare weekly/monthly performance analysis & business dashboard with detailed variance analysis vs forecast/plan for the business and operationsSupport in designing systems to capture data at a granular level to aid better analysisWork closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision supportDrive strategic thought and partner management in driving towards right business decisionsEvaluate new business proposals in terms of control standpoint and design processes that minimize leakagesReview/ highlight risk/ opportunities with appropriate analysis for initiativesCreate business scenarios & impact for various business options and suggest the most suitable


Pre-requisites:

Education:
CA/ MBA from a Tier 1 schoolPast experience in Finance or a business finance role; Experience in Digital, E-Commerce, and/ or Start-up is preferred although not mandatoryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, and in-depth understanding of cost structures and P&LProcess and detail-orientedGood communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
