Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing regular reports on business development activities and results.
• Helping the team set up the upcoming second office in Jaipur.
• Coordinating with the online and offline teams and getting the ongoing projects delivered timely.
• Identifying and optimizing the potential business opportunities within the existing range.
• Analyzing industry trends, competitors, and market landscape in the specified locations followed by developing and implementing strategies to acquire new markets.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations.
• Candidates from Retail (Food & Beverages / QSR / FMCG) are preferable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Client focus and result-oriented approach
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Aggressive self-starter
• The customer's Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Focus and result-oriented approach- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Ability to travel to various locations within the designated area.
• Language Fluency: Hindi and English
