Description
We seek a target-driven and customer-centric sales engineer to join our growing organization.As a technical sales engineer, you will create custom technical solutions that meet customer needs and help create long-lasting partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-centric, technically strong, and an excellent communicator.Objectives and Responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial proposals for each sales call to capture customer requirements
Coordinate with the service team for updates on technical development across our install base
Perform technical comparisons to offer a competitive solution
Prepare presentations, notes, and relevant documents for each sales call
Participate in seminars and trade shows as our technical representative.
Lead technical explanations during sales calls
Travel extensively with sales leads up to 70% of the time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales-centric position.
A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field from reputed engineering institutions.
Working knowledge of incoterms and its applications
Proficiency in cycle time analysis calculation for manufacturing machines and environments
Experience with working in high-performing sales team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency with computers and experience with MS Office products and other relevant softwares
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field from reputed engineering institutions.
Import of capital equipment sales is preferred.
Participation and awards in extra-curricular activities related to sales
Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following domains: automation, machine design, computer vision, power electronics, electronic components, robotics
Proven ability to lead tasks from initiation to completion with minimal support
Positive attitude and a desire to continually improve
Salary range:
INR - 9 Lakhs. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's skills and experience. The company offers competitive incentive packages, medical care for self and family, and other benefits.
