    Overview:

    The SeniorDomestic IT Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifyingattracting and hiring top IT talent for our organization inHyderabad.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop and executerecruiting plans and strategies to meet the organizations ITstaffing needs
    • Identify and source qualified ITcandidates through various channels including online job boardssocial media and professional networks
    • Screeninterview and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications meetthe requirements of the position
    • Coordinatewith hiring managers to understand their IT staffing requirementsand provide guidance throughout the recruitmentprocess
    • Build and maintain a network ofpotential candidates for future IT staffingneeds
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managersto ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitingprocess
    • Use data and analytics to identifytrends and make recommendations to improve the IT recruitmentprocess
    • Negotiate and finalize offers withcandidates taking into account market conditions and internalequity
    • Stay current with emerging trends in ITrecruiting and proactively recommend new strategies and bestpractices

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration Computer Science or arelated field
    • Proven experience as an ITrecruiter or similar role with a focus on domesticrecruitment
    • Demonstrated success in sourcingand attracting IT talent specifically in the domesticmarket
    • Deep understanding of IT roles skillsand technologies with the ability to assess candidate technicalproficiency
    • Excellent knowledge of ITrecruitment best practices including sourcing screening andinterviewing techniques
    • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport withcandidates and hiring managers
    • Experience usingapplicant tracking systems and other recruitingsoftware
    • Ability to manage multiple open ITrequisitions and prioritize effectively
    • Proventrack record of meeting and exceeding IT recruitmenttargets
