JobDescription:
We are currently seeking askilled and proactive IT Operations Specialist to oversee andmanage our IT operations.

The ideal candidate will handle variousaspects of IT operations including permissioning account managementpassword recovery and help with maintaining existing dashboards.

Weare looking for an individual with handson experience in onboardingand offboarding processes and a solid technicalbackground.


Responsibilities:

ITOperations Management:
Take the lead in managingdaytoday IT operations including permissioning account managementand password recovery tasks.
Ensure the smoothfunctioning of IT systems and address operational issuespromptly.


Onboarding andOffboarding:
Execute effective onboarding processes fornew employees ensuring a seamless integration into the ITenvironment.
Conduct offboarding procedures fordeparting employees prioritizing data security andcompliance.


Technical Support:
Provide technical support to endusers and address ITrelated issuespromptly like help with resetting passwords etc.
Collaborate with the IT team to enhance and maintain the overall ITinfrastructure.


Inventory/ToolManagement:
Assist in the management of companyinventory.
Work to optimize tool usage and contribute tothe efficiency of IT operations.
Here are the list oftools we use on a daily basis:
Jumpcloud (for securitywhich includes MDM) to access AWS/Snowflake/Retool/1Password( toaccess accounts)
Openvpn to connect to USserver
Workplace chat for communication withteams
Zoom to connect to meetings
Googlesheets Google docs to maintain our reports anddocumentation
Superset ForDashboarding


Documentation:
Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation for IT processes andprocedures.
Create user guides and documentation foronboarding offboarding and common ITtasks.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant workexperience in IT operations.
