    Medior/Senior Compensation Module Expert :

    Role Overview :

    - We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Module Expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and hands-on expertise in the Compensation module.

    - The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation strategies within our organization.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand compensation requirements and design effective solutions within the SuccessFactors platform.

    Configure and customize the Compensation module to align with organizational policies and best practices.

    - Lead implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.

    - Provide guidance and support to HR teams in utilizing the Compensation module effectively.

    - Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization and understanding of the Compensation module.

    - Stay updated with the latest developments in SuccessFactors and advise on leveraging new features to enhance compensation processes.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

    - Expertise in configuring and customizing the Compensation module.

    - Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices.

    - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    - SuccessFactors certification in Compensation module is highly desirable.
