    Description

    "Toolmaker and Private Label" has a huge growth potential within the region Asia Pacific; therefore we are flexible in the employment location, but prefer India because of the centric position within the area. With an extensive pioneering spirit, you will develop the region while acquiring new customers, develop existing customers and grow your team to fulfil our growth plans and focus on additional responsibilities:


    • You set up processes and structure to serve in the best way our key clients, acquire new ones, as well as developing our key accounts while providing the "Best in class" client service on the market.


    • You develop with your team a trendsetting sales strategy, improve productivity, considering customer ́s and internal perspectives, driven and reviewed by your KPIs.


    • You review the existing product-portfolio by means of market requirements and develop along with your clients' new products and applications or lines of business and coordinate sales activities between different existing products segments and generate positive synergies within the division.


    • You are the driver for the sales activities, lead strategic and relevant customers, channels and partners and support your team in the sales process.


    • Our product portfolio includes solid carbide rods, insert blanks and finished inserts as well as solid carbide tools for the private label market.

    YOUR PROFILE:


    • You hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering / Metallurgy / Business or equivalent education with at least minimum 5- to 10-years' relevant Sales experience within B2B.


    • You already successfully led a team and wish to pursue in this leadership path and have experience in cross-cultural team and environment


    • With a high technical affinity (Engineering / Machining processes) you worked already on market and clients' data analysis.


    • As client and goal oriented person you demonstrate strength in connecting and communicating as well strong interpersonal clients' relationships.


    • You speak fluently English, and an additional Asian language would be beneficial and willingness to travel
