    Marketing strategy, Sales Enablement, Innovation and Excellence.


    Job Description:

    • End to end responsible for developing and executing strategy to drive innovation and process efficiency and ensure excellence in the sales function.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends, gather feedback and insights to identify opportunities for innovation and adopt best practices.
    • Foster crossfunctional collaboration and manage stakeholders for driving innovation and excellence. Promote culture of innovation and excellence within the organization encouraging employees to contribute ideas and take ownership of improvement projects.
    • Develop innovation strategy document that addresses organization's goals and priorities along with a roadmap of implementation of projects / solutions.
    • Develop SoPs, workflows, guidelines, etc. for improvement in processes.
    • Collect the relevant data from the regional teams and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel management initiatives.


    • Support the Head

    • Channel Management to ensure proper training of stakeholders on the channel development initiatives.
    • Formulate a marketing strategy and launch innovative products / solutions.
    • Must have 34 years as Area Manager in channel sales and 45 years in marketing.
    • Innovator with a strong experience in channel sales along with process orientation.
    • Must have Collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
