    The open position is for a candidate whodesires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society.

    A successful candidatewill be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period oftime and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.

    The candidate should strong interpersonal skills, who not only enjoys the challenge of working withother team members but externally with a diverse, senior-Government officials across varied Ministriesand PSUs.

    Recent experience and understanding of the Indian business ecosystem and governmentinitiatives is a must.

    The candidate will be required to showcase excellent communication skills and will have demonstratedconsistently the skill and capability in delivering impactful and insightful projects in the past.

    He/shewill also be required to participate in client meetings and, during the course of a project, will beresponsive to client enquiries, eventually leading the delivery engagement.

    Candidate will also be expected to contribute to Practice or Firm development.

    This may be adjudged invarious ways such as serving as a mentor to other team members, by leading training/developmentinitiatives, contributing to thought leadership papers, assisting other network firms etc.

    Positions are with PwC's Government Technology (GovTech) practice, which works with Central &State Governments, PSUs, donor agencies, international government clients etc.

    The position is basedout of NCR/Delhi. However, the ideal candidate should not have any constraints to travel for workrelated opportunities, whether domestic or internationally.


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Developing project Charter
    • Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals
    • Develop project plans and schedule
    • Communicate with stakeholders/customers on an ongoing basis
    • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and customers
    • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes wherenecessary2 | Page
    • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
    • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools (Microsoft ProjectManagement)
    • Track project milestones and deliverables
    • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation andpresentations
    • Issue status reports to the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas
    • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingencyplans
    • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project lifecycle.
    • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
    • Conduct project "lessons learned" meetings and create a recommendations report in order toidentify successful and unsuccessful project elements

    • Post-Graduation: MBA (preferable)
    Graduation: BE/BTech/MCA/MSc (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics).CertificationsHaving one or more of the following certifications will be an added advantage:

    • Six Sigma Green / Black BeltWork Experience
    • The candidate should possess post-qualification relevant work experience of 3 to 8 years inConsulting /IT/ITES firm.
    • Experience of working with Indian Government (Central, State, ULBs)/related agencies ispreferred. However, this will not be a mandatory requirement.
    • Experience in Consulting and international projects (Preferred). However, this will not be amandatory requirement.
