    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager (Insolvency) to join our team at Rspatel & Co. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the insolvency audit engagements for our clients. This role requires a strong background in auditing and insolvency procedures, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in insolvency audits and possess the necessary qualifications and skills to excel in this role. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in insolvency audits
    • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices
    • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee insolvency audit engagements for clients
    • assist the Insolvency Professional in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution process as per the provisions of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
    • Project Management, taking control of the operations of the Corporate Debtor, cash management, overseeing the accounting and taxation part of the Corporate Debtor.
    • Analyzing the financial and operational positioning of the Corporate Debtor and assist in day to day operations of the Corporate Debtor.
    • Undertake claim management process, assist in preparation of information memorandum, release of EOI, run the due diligence process for the Resolution Applicant, review of financial models/ resolution plans as submitted by the Resolution Applicants.
    • Ensure all regulatory compliances pertaining to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and related regulations as prescribed by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India from time to time.
