    Description

    Role Overview :


    As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining requirements, conducting discovery workshops, and driving solution design tailored to the needs of our clients, with a focus on areas such as Customer Relationship Management in Banking (CRMA) and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

    You will collaborate closely with different Lines of Business (LoBs) to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead discovery workshops with various LoBs at the customer to gather requirements related to CRMA and FSC implementations.
    • Define solution architectures and design strategies to address specific banking workflows and processes.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on leveraging Salesforce capabilities to meet business objectives.
    • Drive solution design and development, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver highquality Salesforce solutions.
    • Utilize strong banking domain knowledge to propose innovative solutions and enhancements.
    • Develop analytics dashboards for Relationship Managers (RMs) and Managers within the CRMA framework.
    • Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes within the EST time zone.

    Requirements :

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce and 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on banking implementations.
    • Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Customer Relationship Management in Banking (CRMA).
    • Expertise in defining requirements, conducting discovery workshops, and driving solution design.
    • Handson experience with nCino is preferred.
    • Deep understanding of banking workflows, processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
    • Availability to work in the EST time zone, with flexibility to accommodate team members in different time zones, particularly in IST.)
