Process Cluster Expert – Wet Bench - Dholera, India - ReNew

Job Purpose

Incumbent shall be responsible for Process Ramp-up / Stabilisation /technology development, implementation, efficiency & yield improvement for Wet Bench Cluster

Job Specification: -

• Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science
• Min. Experience: 5+ years (in Solar PV Cell Process specifically in PERC / TOPCon)

Requisite skills:

• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Wet Chemistry process & equipment's from supplier like SC China, RENA, Schmid & Kingenious for Texturing, Polishing, Cleaning
• Expert in PERC / TOPCon Solar Cell Process Development
• Characterization expert of Solar cell for process improvement (e.g. Loss analysis, IQE-EQE, SIMS, ECV, etc.) as per his/her cluster requirement
• Experience in Six Sigma Methodologies & Statistical Software
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to gather and review resources and select and synthesize data for reports and other written materials

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for Maintenance & their revision as per requirement.
• Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
• To provide production and maintenance support to the customer in the final stage.
• Training & Developing of technical teams.
• To educate the cell maintenance team about preventive and breakdown maintenance & root cause analysis.
• Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects
• Responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her field of expertise that might be relevant to ReNew technology roadmap.
