    We are seeking a highly skilled Video & Display Ads Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimization of engaging campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of performance marketing in visual formats and demonstrate creativity in their work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute targeted Google video and display ad campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
    • Optimize and create Remarketing Campaigns to scale conversions, leveraging hands-on experience with retargeting strategies.
    • Ensure campaign performance is aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) through ongoing optimization.
    • Collaborate closely with the creative team to design captivating ad creatives.
    • Analyze and report campaign performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain expertise.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in managing video and display campaigns on Google Ads.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Display & Video 360.
    • A solid understanding of audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
    • A creative mindset combined with excellent collaboration skills.
    • Solid analytical skills for performance tracking and optimization.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
    • Google Ads Certification in Video/Display Ads is highly valued.
