+Design review and approve OCC System including OCC/BCC Architecture System Specification Interface Specification control room operator console layouts server room design network architecture Engineering Software Baseline operational workflow ensure compliance with room layout standards power earthing requirements EMC/EMI cyber-security provisions verify completeness O&M training spares related technical documentation+Installation Testing Integration Commissioning oversee OCC system FAT IAT PAT SAT Dynamic inspection all ITC stages ensuring full OCC system readiness availability support integrated railway operations centralised control coordination signalling telecom radio rolling stock systems+Manage coordinate interfaces between OCC Signalling ETCS/IXL Radio LTE-R FRMCS Telecom IP backbone SCADA AMS BMS Rolling Stock systems ensuring alignment technical functional requirements overseeing final ICD approvals complete documentation+Review Certify Payment completed works Cost Center evaluate variation orders claims providing technical contractual support Client Assist client obtaining statutory approvals coordination assistance various agencies ISA CMRS successful completion Project Ensure compliance DB E&C policies procedures ethical standards Undetake additional duties assigned Client Chief OCC Expert PD DB HQ Act designated representative Chief Expert – OCC System assuming full responsibility duties decision-making authority during absence+Educational Qualifications Engineering Graduate Diploma Electrical Electronics stream equivalent Experience Required Engineering Graduate overall years or Diploma Electrical Electronics stream equivalent years Railways Metro project management Development Integration OCC System construction phase Rail-based Transit System project
