    We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in India (work from home) for full-time and permanent positions.

    Main Responsibilities

    Primary Goals

    • Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies for Residential and C&I Storage Systems.
    • Establish positioning, identify targeted clients, and develop sales and marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
    • Lead generation and business opportunities development through execution of sales & marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Targeted markets analysis and implementation of marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
    • Creation and maintenance of analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extraction of key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
    • Formal proposals and recommendations on tactics to drive business growth.
    • Recruitment and development of distributors, major installers, and partners in assigned territories.
    • Achievement of business goals and sale quotas assigned.

    Professional Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    • 5+ years of working experience in renewable new energy industry, with residential energy storage experience preferred.
    • Proven experience in distribution channels/promoting campaigns and management.
    • Fluent English communication skills.
