    Description


    You will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our network infrastructure, ensuring its stability, performance, and security.


    • You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network while mentoring and guiding junior network engineers.

    Responsibilities :
    Technical

    Skills :

    • Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network devices, primarily Cisco and Meraki routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Palo Alto firewalls.
    • Extensive experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies (VLANs, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, QoS).
    • Experience with circuit troubleshooting and working with ISPs.
    • Experience with configuring and troubleshooting VPNs.
    • Proven experience with network security best practices.
    • Familiarity with network automation tools (Python, Bash scripting) is a plus.

    Leadership and Collaboration :

    • Lead, mentor, and coach junior network engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
    • Participate in the design, definition, and review of network architecture models with other network engineers, senior network engineers, and network architects.
    • Work effectively with crossfunctional teams (e.g., security, applications) to ensure network alignment with overall business goals.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and nontechnical audiences.

    Process and Documentation :

    • Implement, maintain, and improve network incident, problem, and change management processes.
    • Participate in bridge calls for highpriority network incidents.
    • Work with endusers to troubleshoot escalated network issues.
    • Plan, review, and execute network changes in a production environment with minimal downtime.
    • Maintain comprehensive and uptodate network documentation, including diagrams, architectures, and configurations.
    • Utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for ticketing and incident management.

    Availability :

    • Maintain a flexible schedule with the ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and oncall as required.
    • Be open to working offhours for implementing network changes.

    Skills :

    Essential :

    • 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
    • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • CCNA and CCNP certifications.
    • Palo Alto firewall experience.
    • Meraki switch experience.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills in English.
    • Keen attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
    • Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
    • Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
