Email Handling via Outlook / Gmail

Maintaining Sales Records/Files in ERP/ SAP Systems.

Respond to Queries from customers and provide support when required

Supporting the sales team with internal sales information

Good command over English and Business Communication

Knowledge of Microsoft office.
