    Role & Responsibilities –
    • Maintain minutes of meetings (MOM) and share them with internal and external stakeholders.
    Also, follow up on MOM.
    • Provide administrative services such as managing the CEO/MD's diary, organizing internal and external meetings, planning events and teleconferences, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing travel itineraries, and correspondence, and prioritizing emails for the CEO/MD.
    • Prepare agendas and carry out all the tasks assigned by the CEO/MD, such as reading, drafting letters, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communication.
    • Report directly to the CEO/MD and act as a point of contact for all internal and external contacts.
    • Provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the CEO/MD office, such as following up and completing departmental work plans.
    • Ensure that all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Coordinate departmental reports and documentation for Board meetings.
    • Coordinate, attend, and take minutes for the CEO/MD's meetings and any other relevant meetings.
    • Follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the CEO/MD.
    • Successfully completed critical aspects of deliverables with a hands on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO/MD's ability to effectively lead the company.
    • Handle internal and external communication related to the CEO/MD's office.
    • Always maintain confidentiality and privacy in respect of these and any other communications that are necessary and appropriate for the discharge of the role and responsibilities.
