BMC Helix Implementation Consultant

Overview :

As a BMC Helix Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing BMC Helix solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the BMC Helix platform to meet those needs, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of the solution.

This role requires a deep understanding of BMC Helix suite, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

As a BMC Helix Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining BMC Software Helix solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing support of BMC Helix services.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirementsDesign software solutions using the BMC Software Helix platform.
Develop and customize BMC Helix modules,Assist in providing technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.
Maintain BMC Remedy workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
Ensure smooth operation of BMC Business Workflow

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience implementing BMC Helix solutions, with certification preferred.
Strong technical skills in BMC Helix modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and Service Management.
Proficiency in configuring workflows, forms, and integrations within the BMC Helix platform.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
BMC Helix certification (e.g., BMC Certified Professional - Helix ITSM)Experience working with diverse client industries and business environments.
Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Location :
This position may require travel to client sites as needed, with flexibility for remote work depending on project requirements.
