• Previousexperience as a Telecaller in the Digital Printing &Digital Marketing industry or a similar field isessential.
• Excellent communication skills inboth English and local languages with a persuasive and friendlydemeanor.
• Proficiency in using telecallingsystems and CRM software for call tracking andrecordkeeping.
• Strong interpersonal skills andthe ability to build rapport with clients over thephone.
• A positive attitude and the ability towork in a dynamic and targetdrivenenvironment.
