    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • 5 - 13 years of experience with Pega applications.
    • Working experience in Customer Decisioning Framework.
    • Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC.
    • Define, design, and implement Pega Customer Decisioning solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
    • Strong knowledge in Integrations and implementation.
    • Integrate Pega applications with external APIs, web services, and legacy data sources.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of defined strategies.
    • Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and handle post-production issues.
    • Document and communicate the design to the project team and stakeholders.
    • Ability to integrate Pega applications with other technologies via APIs and web services.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and team collaboration skills.
