- Develop an indepth understanding of our data sources, tables, and data relationships in a short period of time by liaising with technology partners and business users.
- Ability to stitch data across systems and platforms and to help with understanding various customer journeys.
- Analyse large volumes of customer data across a variety of digital tools like SQL and Google Analytics to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create various dashboards with actionable insights across digital and ecommerce to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data and synthesize them into actionable recommendations sales trends, onplatform media spending analysis, etc.
- Present the findings, or translate the data into an understandable document.
- Track and report key metrics related to product launch/growth/sales/ conversion/ NPA trends.
- Leverage the understanding of the ecommerce and digital landscape to guide decisionmaking.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
