    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop an indepth understanding of our data sources, tables, and data relationships in a short period of time by liaising with technology partners and business users.
    • Ability to stitch data across systems and platforms and to help with understanding various customer journeys.
    • Analyse large volumes of customer data across a variety of digital tools like SQL and Google Analytics to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Create various dashboards with actionable insights across digital and ecommerce to relevant stakeholders.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data and synthesize them into actionable recommendations sales trends, onplatform media spending analysis, etc.
    • Present the findings, or translate the data into an understandable document.
    • Track and report key metrics related to product launch/growth/sales/ conversion/ NPA trends.
    • Leverage the understanding of the ecommerce and digital landscape to guide decisionmaking.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 1+ years of experience.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
