    OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

    Responsible for generating Transportation and Warehousing revenue for the company by bringing in new business from the corporate sector and achieving sales targets

    Managing relationships with the clients identified as Key Accounts.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Working with team of customer service executives
    • Preparing Quotations and RFQ
    • Preparing data entry of calls on Salesforce
    • Handling written communications i.e. replying to mails.
    • Follow up between customers and company for selling services
    • Handling Salesforce Portal.
    • Leverage relationships with sales, marketing and customer support
    • through internal training
    • Manage goal setting and performance reporting for all accounts.
    • Handle client inquiries with exceptional professionalism and
    • enthusiasm
    • Identift, coordinate, and participate in client relationship-building
    • activities and meetings
    • Deliver performance updates, quarterly business reviews and
    • planning meetings
    • Negotiate with new clients and closed on long-term agreements
    • Develop growth plans by identifying key clients, key targets and
    • priority service
