Job Overview
The Senior Manager Sales & Marketing for North & East position at Doshion PolyScience Pvt Ltd is a full-time role located in Delhi or New Delhi. The selected candidate will take a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing initiatives in the region. This senior-level position requires an individual with up to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, capable of leading a team and managing dealer networks. The role is critical in expanding Doshion's market presence and fostering new business development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma / Graduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with proven experience in dealer management to efficiently oversee and optimize dealer networks and ensure effective distribution routes (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in dealer development to establish and nurture profitable dealer partnerships and expand market outreach (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in new business development to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and influence decisions that align with organizational goals.
- Strong team leadership abilities to inspire, manage, and grow a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Experience in setting and achieving performance metrics to assess and enhance team productivity.
- Knowledge of Odoo CRM for efficient customer relationship management and to streamline sales operations.
- Proven track record in team handling to effectively guide and support team members in achieving departmental objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing strategies to achieve set targets and expand market share in the North & East region.
- Develop and manage a robust network of dealers and distributors, ensuring product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and increase brand presence in regional markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and operational goals for cohesive execution.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Utilize Odoo CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales cycles effectively.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management for strategic planning.
